- Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and, where required, age verification. Martislot may request supporting documents; accounts may be suspended and funds withheld until documentation is provided to satisfaction.
- Withdrawals must be initiated by the account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted; the name on the withdrawal request must match the registered account name.
- The currency of withdrawal and the funds held in your Martislot account must be eligible for withdrawal in the chosen method; conversions may apply where applicable.
How to request a withdrawal
- Log in to your Martislot account.
- Open the Banking section and select Withdraw.
- Choose a withdrawal method and the currency for settlement, if applicable.
- Enter the withdrawal amount that complies with the method’s limits and confirm the request.
- Complete any on-screen verification steps. You will receive a confirmation of the withdrawal request and a reference number.

Martislot supports multiple withdrawal methods. The available options and their respective limits depend on your country, currency, and method chosen. The withdrawal screen will display the applicable minimum and maximum per transaction, as well as any daily or monthly limits for your account.
- Bank transfer: transfers to your bank account or local bank network; processing times and limits vary by country and bank details.
- Online banking: transfers that settle electronically; verify account details to avoid delays.
- Credit/debit card: withdrawals to the card used for deposits; ensure cardholder details match Martislot account; processing times vary by issuer.
- E-wallet: withdrawals to supported e-wallet providers; minimum and maximum limits apply per method and currency.
- Cryptocurrency: withdrawals to designated wallets; crypto rates apply at the time of processing; minimum and maximum limits apply per method.
Processing times and banking days
Withdrawal processing is subject to banking days. The typical processing window is 1–4 banking days after a withdrawal is approved and payout is initiated by Martislot. Requests submitted after the method’s cut-off time may be queued until the next banking day. Some methods may require additional verification before funds are released.
Tracking and status
Track the status of your withdrawal anytime in the Banking area under Transaction History. Statuses include Pending, Approved, Completed, or Rejected. You will receive updates when the status changes.
Security and compliance
- No third-party withdrawals. The withdrawal request must be made by the registered account holder.
- All withdrawals require that the account holder’s personal information match the information on file. Martislot may suspend the account or withhold funds if verification cannot be completed.
